Our main goal is to empower e-commerce teams to grow sustainably by turning connected marketing and sales data into a clear understanding of their customers.
How it started
It all started with three partners and a performance marketing agency.
Together, they’ve launched and scaled one of the largest Polish performance agencies, led projects for over 300 brands and managed more than $130M in media spend. We knew what the data could do – and we knew how often it failed to deliver.
The next step was Marketing Engineers – a boutique data consultancy focused on solving real data problems, drawing on backgrounds in performance marketing, analytics, and consulting.
After years of running data projects for top brands, we kept seeing the same thing: teams drowning in reports, but still guessing. Even when insights were available (which was rare), they weren’t practical or easy to act on. Teams needed more than charts – they needed answers.
We built Sublime, because growth teams needed a way to understand what truly drives growth. A platform that delivers those answers by connecting marketing, e-commerce and website data on the level where decisions are made: the user.
Today, we’re a growing team powering some of the fastest-scaling DTC and e-commerce brands across Europe and the US. We’ve shared our approach on stages, won industry awards and worked with incredible clients. And we’re just getting started.

Data expert with years of experience at the intersection of technology, marketing and sales. He built and led the analytics & data science department at iProspect (Dentsu Poland). Previously, he delivered advisory projects at EY and Mastercard.

Digital marketing expert with a strong background in campaign execution, tracking and data visualization. Scaled one of Poland’s largest performance agencies, Marketing Wizards Group (now operating as iProspect), and led it for over 3 years.
Former footballer, fan of cycling and winter sports. Loves Mexican cuisine.
Strategy expert with over 10 years of experience in data analytics, gained at companies like iProspect and AT Kearney. He combines technology, marketing, and data to design innovative solutions and help businesses grow with clarity and focus.

At Sublime, we use the CAPI Booster feature to recover transactions that weren’t always captured by Meta tracking. This mechanism allows our marketing campaigns to optimize based on a complete set of data, significantly improving their effectiveness. It enables us to allocate marketing budgets more efficiently and directly supports the growth of our business.
